@SW_Help bought a return ticket from Wokingham > London Waterloo this morning but abandoning journey due to no trains. How can I get a refund on the full ticket as it is unused?

@SW_Help I purchased the ticket through the SWR app, however, when I try and refund it in my account, everything is blocked - I cannot use the 'reason for refund' drop down or write more information. Please can you advise?
