ok I looked into it and I lowkey don't want to purge now cause it said electrolyte balances can decrease even more when you're on your period cause ur already dehydrated and purging makes that worse.. but I just binged soo wtf do I do

lowkey might give myself an exception to not purge on weekends, at least for now. that js means i need to be really mindful of what i eat cause i have a fear of fucking up my progress
