There’s no proper channel to contact VAYD after making the payment, this is serious issue, as the customer makes the payment and then is clueless about the appointment.

Don’t buy anything from #bluestone as they just fool their customers and ruin their occasions ! It was my daughters first birthday on 21st July, but on 20th they changed the delivery date to 24th July, ruining our complete occasion ! Such a pathetic customer experience they offer
