Trying to check-in. Air India says web checking should be done in AIX and AIX website says go to Air India website. Check-in time is open which is 48 hours before flight time @airindia @airindia

Misrepresentation and denial of refund

@SwiggyCares Item shown as 1.5L quantity but the actual quantity is 165ml. When requested for refund, your representative denied refund stating what I have ordered is what I have received but clearly that’s not right as the app says 1.5L

@airindia So people should stop booking code shared flights through air India? You do realise the benefits of web checkin? What if the flight is overbooked. I am very well aware that you will throw out passengers who haven’t checked in advance in case the flight is overbooked
