LLP incorporation के समय PAN & TAN दोनों allot हुए थे और Incorporation Certificate में clearly mentioned हैं। फिर भी TRACES पर TAN registration complete नहीं हो पा रहा है, error आ रहा है: “PAN not linked with TAN” ❌
Same data hone ke baad bhi link ka issue कैसे possible है?

Requesting @IncomeTaxIndia @CBDTIndia to extend ITR due date for audit cases. Every taxpayer & CA presumed at least a month’s time after audit filing. The workload is massive — please grant much-needed relief. 🙏

In the Gujarat HC judgment (SCA No.15075/2015)

‘CBDT shall henceforth ensure that ITR utilities are ordinarily available on April 1 of the AY.’

CBDT never followed this court order since 10 years. Isn’t this amounts to contempt?

TAR Extension - The main reason for demanding the TAR extension is shifting the ITR date from 31st July to 15th Sept. Technical glitches is the another reason .

TAR Date extension is inevitable — today is the decisive day.
If the Government does not intend to extend the due date, it should clearly state the reasons.

When the Non-Audit ITR due date was extended by 45 days, the rationale for extending the TAR deadline naturally arose. Portal glitches and slow functioning continue to be valid reasons even today.

We request the authorities to take cognizance of this matter and provide a clear decision to end the anxiety and uncertainty among professionals and taxpayers.

I just cant understand the thought behind not extending the TAR Due date.

They themselved had extended the ITR date to 15th sep, they know that it is the CA's who do the ITR work and the Audit work.

So now why not extend the date? Why are they holding back?

Respected @PiyushGoyal @raghav_chadha @KiritSomaiya CBDT gave no extra time for Tax Audit, while 16th Sept was only for Non-Audit cases.
