CJP called off the protest in a haste without consulting the other student organizations that stood with them for the last 2 months, that too for only 1 demand- RESIGNATION.

What about the other 4 demands?

1. Compensation
2. Public apology
3. Withdrawal of all FIRs by Central Govt & NDA-ruled states
4. No action against any students or protestors

Right now, students are being arrested by Assam Police and West Bengal Police. Most of them are Muslim students.
In other NDA-ruled states, students are being identified and harassed. Young girls are being doxxed. These are young students.

Junaid is being harrassed for feeding people, he is being harrassed because he is a MUSLIM, he was literally crying today. Who will speak for his safety and his family's safety?

On what basis did CJP negotiate and call off the protest?

If you took responsibility, then why aren't you following up on the other demands? Why are young students being left vulnerable? Who will be held accountable for their safety?

While you gain popularity by giving interviews to the very people you once boycotted, please speak up against the post-protest atrocities against students on the ground.

I personally don't expect anything from people who hid and left students to face police brutality during the protest.
