Imperial Valley uses 3.1M acre-feet of Colorado River to grow lettuce in 110°F sand.
Insane.
Shift winter veggies to Alabama greenhouses + humanoid robots:

- 1/4 the land
- Robots pay for themselves in 6 months
@BitcoinCoderBob Loctite superglue gel with the buttons does not do this. Also, those tiny little single use packs of several tubes are also nice. I used to hate this fact of life, also.
@tafokints To me this game at the time had the perfect balance of difficulty and clues embedded within itself to complete the game without using a guide. I don't understand the sentiment that "most people used a guide". Most people I knew that had this game then did not need a guide.
@i2cjak It was a team of 3. Test fixture with 2u rack mount dual computer system. Card edge reconfigurable, POD system. Spectrum analyzer, Oscilloscope, Power Distribution, etc. Labview analysis of cards.
@i2cjak I think just building a shed/office, would have been easier than what I did today. Which is tear out a hot tub in the breeze way. The work wasn't hard, but I'll be picking out fiberglass from my skin for the next week or so.
@sierracatalina For some reason this reminded me of back in college when certain people would call someone foolish a tool. Like hey LLM, you're such a tool.
@takeo_watanabe Love the ambient sounds. It takes me back to the days of listening to Autechre and early Aphex Twin in the 90's. Even better now with today's equipment. I need to get a sp404.
