@25trillionmiles @thedigitaldash_ I agree 100% I have only had better experiences with locally owned realty companies but they aren’t “good” they’re just less bad. They know and “follow” the law better in my opinion! But all landlords are scam artists imho

@thedigitaldash_ I have made a habit to have my kids ask for things when we go places and I always reiterate that the worst someone can say is “no”. I want them comfortable asking especially as neurodiverse children. Asking for things can open a whole new world of possibilities if we let it.
