先日BitgetWallet内のスキャムリンクを踏んでしまいETH0.46
NFT4枚を取られました
全額補償との事で安心していました
もちろんNFTは買い戻してくれると思っていました。
少なくとも時価で買い戻せる金額のトークンを補償してもらえると思っていました

まず報告ですが
私以外の被害者はNFTを取られていないのでトークンは全額補償されたとのことです

しかし、私はNFTも取られています
これからが旬になるSpaceNationの、Alpha Gateというゲームの基軸となるNFT2つ(青ひとつ、紫ひとつ)そして同じゲーム関係のNFT2つでした
今の価値は最低でも300万円はします
その補償が難航を極めました
補償は時価であるという認識でいましたが
BitgetWallet側はそうではないということです

以下報告は脚色無しなら書いても良いと許可をもらっていますので
どうぞ

盗難された0.46 ETHは全額補償
NFTを購入した時の価格の4倍で賠償を行うことを決定
NFTの補償は合計3 ETH

愕然としました
現在のSpaceNation Alpha Gateは
一枚3ETH以上です(写真)
一回目の提示は蹴りましたが
2回目の回答も同じ回答でした

ですが僕はこれを受け入れました
もう関係を断ちたかったからです
以下の文章が決定打でした

恐れ入りますが、NFT補償についてOpenSeaの時価で補償できない理由は下記の2点です：
1. Bitget Walletは分散型暗号資産ウォレットでありながら、暗号資産情報を提供する集約プラットフォームとしても機能しており、常に安全なサービスをユーザーに提供するために努力しています。
しかし、Web3の世界では詐欺やフィッシングのリスクが多発しており、ユーザーは自己の資産を管理する最終的な責任者として、リスク意識を持ちウォレット内のすべてのトランザクションに責任を持っていただけますようお願い申し上げます。
厳密には、Bitget Walletはユーザーの資産を預かっているわけではなく、ユーザーの資産管理権はご自身に帰属しています。
2. 今回盗難されたNFTの流動性は低く、客観的な価値判断が非常に難しい状況です。一方で、チームが厳密に議論した結果、現在のOpenSeaの価格がNFT自体の真の価値を反映していないと判断しました。それを踏まえまして、弊社の責任範囲内で、NFTを購入した時の価格の4倍で賠償を行うことを決定しました。

ご希望に完全には添えない結果となり、大変申し訳ございません。補償用のアドレスご提示いただき、こちらは補償申請の手続きを進めさせていただきます。

ある親交の深いプロジェクトから
「今日、Soulinkというマーケティング代理業者から日本でのマーケティングに関する営業を受けたのだけど、その資料の実績の欄にCrypto Hirobaがあった。これは本当か？」
との旨の連絡がありました。
実際に資料を見せてもらうとそこには、確かにCrypto Hirobaの投稿が実績として挙げられていました。

A close project contacted me saying, "Today, we received a sales pitch from a marketing agency called Soulink for marketing in Japan. In their materials, they listed Crypto Hiroba as one of their achievements. Is this true?"
When I checked the materials, I saw that Crypto Hiroba was indeed listed as an achievement.

しかし、本投稿に関わらず、過去一切このSoulinkという業者と関わったことはありません。DTXとは直接やり取りをしており、一切仲介もおりません。知り合ったきっかけも仲の良い某L2チェーン関係者からの紹介です。

However, we have never had any involvement with Soulink in the past. We have always dealt directly with DTX without any intermediaries. We were introduced to DTX by a well-connected individual from a certain L2 chain.

また、同ページでは他に2人の方の投稿が掲載されています。そこの1人の方に伺ってみたところ、本投稿に関して関与した事実はない。とのことでした。
The page also lists 2 other person's contribution. I asked one person there and he said that he had no involvement regarding this post.

In the same materials, there was a page listing partner projects.

これも怪しいのではないかと、知り合いと知り合いづてに確認できた計4つのプロジェクトに "このパートナーシップが事実であるか" を問いました。
しかし、その全てから一切そのようなもの事実はないという回答が返ってきました。

I questioned four projects, confirmed through acquaintances, whether this partnership is indeed true. However, all of them replied that there is absolutely no such fact.

このような悪質な営業を行う人間が日本の取引所にいるという事実があっていいのでしょうか？

One of their central figures works for a certain cryptocurrency exchange in Japan. This fact raises concerns about such a person being part of a Japanese CEX given their involvement in these malicious sales activities.

直接のやりとり Direct Interaction
知り合いのつてを辿って中心人物の1人 @RealWayneSun と直接やりとりをすることができました。
まず、私がCrypto HirobaでのFounderであること、裏が取れていることを伏せて（10秒調べればわかることですが）、資料は誤った情報を複数含んでいる。と伝えました。

Through a mutual connection, I managed to speak directly with one of the key figures, @RealWayneSun. Initially, without revealing my identity as the Founder of Crypto Hiroba (something easily verifiable), I informed him that their materials contained several inaccuracies.

彼は誤りを認めませんでした。誤りはどこにもない。と主張し、それどころか、私に謝罪を求めるのです。
そこで私がその当事者の1人であることを伝えました。

そして、パートナーシップについて裏が取れていることは伏せて、私は「他にはもう誤りはないのか？」と尋ねました。彼は無いと答えました。
私は、白状して謝罪をするのであれば許すつもりだった。ということを伝えました。
そこで初めて彼はミスがあったことを認め、we apologize for that.（謝る）と言ったのです。
今さら遅いということを伝えたところ「ミスについて謝罪しただろ」と言うので、「まだあなたは嘘をついている」ということを伝えました。
すると、「もう他に誤りはない、お前が謝罪しろ」
と主張し始めるのです。
そして、驚くべきことにSoulink中心人物の1人 @JYDmnLFG は以下のように私を批判する投稿をしました。我々に嘘はない、という主張をもとに。

He refused to acknowledge any mistakes, insisting there were none, and even demanded an apology from me. And I am one of the victims.

When I asked if there were any other inaccuracies, he denied it. I told him I would forgive him if he confessed and apologized. Only then did he admit another mistake and said, "we apologize for that." When I told him it was too late, he retorted, "I already apologized for the mistake," to which I replied, "You're still lying."

Then, he claimed there were no other mistakes and demanded that I apologize. Shockingly, one of Soulink's central figures, @JYDmnLFG, criticized me in a tweet, insisting they were truthful.
