@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 8 days Internet is not working and still there is no update. My parents live in india and we are not able to reach out to them. Very bad experience, will never recommend airtel to anyone and will check other good service provider.

My landline connection/ internet is down since last week. Despite so many emails, calls and follow-ups all we hear that it will be resolved in 24 hours.
I am a customer for so many years but I am extremely disappointed.
