My father had a policy in which my mother is registered as a nominee.
Then why is the company still asking for a legal heir certificate?
No one from customer care is also addressing this concern ? Them what is the use of registering a nominee?

My indigo flight (PNR L62L4Z) on 9 Dec was cancelled. ₹10,000 vouchers are being issued for the dates of 3–5 Dec, though disruption continued beyond. I booked an alternate flight at higher cost. This unequal treatment is unfair. Request the same voucher. @DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E

@IndiGo6E You should have provided alternate flights when you cancelled the original flight, not a day later. Now I have already booked another flight from a different airline at double the money i paid for my original flight, how can i reschedule now?
