@nasiphim @CityTshwane dear mayor. Please advise us the residents of Tshwane why there is no escalation process outside of calling the call Centre or going personally to the offices. I am frustrated and the only option is to keep calling and trusting that the matter is escalated

@CityTshwane @nasiphim Nina Park has been without electricity since this morning before 10am. No announcement or update, and it's 9pm. More than 11 hours without electricity. As per my previous post, this is becoming a regular occurrence
