Anyone can beast someone in the gym by tiring them out assigning loads of squats, burpees & crunches etc giving them the feeling when they leave of a “good workout”
However there’s an art to selecting the right exercises and intensities for the person standing in front of you
Try to enjoy the process of starting to exercise & taking care of your body
Set performance based goals along the way
As a by product of achieving your performance based goal you may well then achieve the weight loss you desired but continue to exercise for the love of training
1. Eat in a calorie Deficit 🥦
2. Move more outside of your scheduled exercise 🚶🏼♀️
3. Lift to get stronger & progress over time 💪🏻
4. Keep hydrated 💦
5. Recover well and get enough sleep 😴
