I am closing Airtel WiFi connection as I have experienced worst services from Airtel. Raised a shift connection request on 26th Jan and yet it is unresolved. Moreover, I am calling several times but to no avail.Every time getting false promises.

Worst part is I have not received a single call from the technician but was blamed that I am not picking the calls. I shifted to the place where connection was already present, just needed to configure my router, but it’s more than 10 days.
