@MyIndusIndBank do we have proper information available with customer care? I called them at 2:55 pm and the answer was unsatisfactory. Please improve and also help me in my resolution of the ask

@havellsindia I have registered a complain for a product and technician is yet to visit . Could you please help on the issue ? This is the second time I have registered and technician is not visiting for fixing the issue.

@ola_supports i have booked outstation cab for 9:45am today and has been cancelled. I booked again for 10:15am but the trip is delayed even though it is confirmed. How to claim insurance for the delay ?

@OlaElectric @bhash @ola_supports04992252 is scheduled for 10am to 1pm at Ola Experience Centre Adchini Delhi todayWhen we reached the centre ,we got to now that centre has moved to different location. The same thing happened last time in August when we reached to okhla delhi.

This is really frustrating and not sure how to escalate the issue. You guys even dont share the service centre phone numbers. Just one thing we are not mad. Please get it fixed sooner. And let me know where to drop the vehicle for service in south delhi
