Embrace the journey. Work hard to be present. Try not to ignore red flags. Allow yourself to enjoy the good. Prepare as much as you possibly can. Never give up.
Regardless of any perception, it almost never happens overnight. Situations we perceive are the result of compounded energy over time. The more dramatic the situation, usually the more energy and more time it requires.
I’m making decisions, whenever possible, take time. Calm your reactive brain, think for a bit, assess as much information as you can and move onward. Of course this can’t always be the process, but when it can…it will help tremendously.
Control what you can, give all you can. If the result isn’t what you’d hoped for you can be proud of the effort and reflect in a way you can learn, rather than regret.
Taking accountability for problems is both humbling and empowering in that no one likes to be wrong but once the burden is ours, we can course correct to lighten it.
