@ClaimbuddyI @MoHFW_INDIA I got admitted to hospital in month of January and medical claim was file through Claim buddy and case was settled. Now after so many months Claim buddy deducted the amount of 99040 from my account. They attempted to deduct the amount twice. Please help.

Earlier this practice was started by BPMS by taking only ₹40/- as CEA way back in 2016 adjustable from CAM. Now it is ₹0.41 per sqf and not being adjusted in CAM. It is creating unnecessary and undue burdon on us. Authorities may take action to remove this CEA.

With regards to ref id - ref602612560 and ref530141529. Both tickets get cancelled and airlines already refunded the entire amount but I am still awaiting refund from your side. It's been already 3 months m awaiting for the refund

My booking from Delhi to Goa was cancelled on 21st February and since then I am awaiting for my refund. Everytime I was told that I need to wait for 2 days to get refund but travolook is not refunding tha amount even after 45 days.

@getmyrefundin can you please help here. My booking details are 823907463. Ticket cancelled due to technical issue on 21 April still awaiting refund for same. Send several mails and calls on customer care but no positive response.
