The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.

At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.

Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.

Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.

We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

@narengana @tushar15 No that won't end even. If u make union of states other than Hindi they will further be in trouble of speaking Marathi,Tamil,Kannadiga,Malayam etc. The conflict won't end. In Hindi area fight for Rajasthani,Hariyanavi,Bhojpuri etc. What u think is there any end of this conflict??

How illogical notice can @GzbNagarNigam give. @CMOfficeUP @dm_ghaziabad This notice is send to plot having flats from last 15 years. We people living in flat already paying our house tax from last many years and now they are asking tax again on same plot from plot owners.

This is double taxation on same property. When a plot is already converted into flat then how they can ask for plot tax even we are paying house tax.
