@Hotpoint Continued: Almost brand new cooker with a broken door which is dangerous especially as I’m disabled . This is really bad customer service ! Why am I paying warranty for this kind of treatment !

@ Hotpoint You are so bad at customer services ! I’ve been trying for weeks , no luck on the phone same with the online chat , waiting for hours to try and talk to someone when I eventually got through I was told my account was blocked ! I have an almost brand new cooker
