@DAaronovitch @jmc_fire in case you haven't noticed, the real issue is police behaviour, and that an accusation of alleged racism taken more seriously than a real stabbing, and made victim become perpetrator in the eyes of police. Which should have not happened even in case he had been racist for real

Always with you, not so much.Then the ceremony, the deer hunt or the picnic can turn into a brawl and people can get stabbed, but I guess unavoidable
