@tzwide1 Agree with the support point. As apartheid capitalism [where does one stop and the other begin? No one knows] destroyed society's inbuilt support structures, the state must step up to fill that need for whatever ppl use their land for till communities or society strong enough to.

Thatcher's sell off of municipal housing and Brazil's experiment in providing houses for people as a wealth/business base were disasters as houses ended up with developers or landlords.
