Educational philosophy aiming at becoming a physical school. Focused on developing the skills for navigating ambiguity through the metaphor of the puzzle.
Proud of @SuiNetwork for hitting this milestone without increasing the gas price or stressing the network.
It's important to acknowledge that most traffic was driven by a promotion and comes from a single game (8192 by https://t.co/uqP5hE8RLX). But this also confirms our hypotheses that:
- a single viral game can drive more traffic than all other blockchains combined
- when an app goes viral, Sui can rise to the challenge instead of degrading experience or raising gas prices
There's a number of great games in the pipeline with the potential to drive this traffic organically--excited to see what the future holds.
Confirmed: @atticascott4ky and @Seasoned4u were arrested during continued protests for Breonna Taylor in Louisville.
Scott is a Ky. representative who's proposed Breonna's Law at the state level.
Shameka Parrish Wright is a protest leader who serves as a go-between with police.
Here's a nice article about student empowerment that provides some reflection on the process of moving from consumer to creator and how the interests of young people may seem superficial at first, but can represent the beginning of that critical lens:

A bold school in the Netherlands that is seeing great results by using agile processes to help students explore their interests:

Two great videos about schools that are letting students take more ownership of their schools, engaging in passion/purpose projects, having students on their board, and engaging them in the design process: https://t.co/p5xhgOzRNa & https://t.co/vT622cJHmQ
@EdReimagined The use of "puzzle" in this article is exactly what we are striving for, navigating the ambiguity of a learner-centered environment, the ambiguity of an individual's life, and the ambiguity of high quality creative work.
@HundrEDorg Happy to share. We're working to bring @puzzleschool to life with this mission in mind. We hope to help students prepare for an unknown future, and think through the present ambiguity of themselves, their relationships, their society, etc.
Education is so focused on helping people understand what other people already know. Not to disrespect such knowledge, but it's also important to develop the skills for exploring and discovering the unknown and navigating ambiguous situations where there is no known solution.
Today had chat time w @puzzleschool Jared and Julian / amazing ed designers testing principles 4 solving edusystem learning puzzles - follow & check out https://t.co/p80L5SMNmi They have some fab test bed work in place! @patrickmlarkin@ericconti@lookforsun@betavt @DrJonesFPS
@TimelessLrng@pammoran@csratliff @irasocol Ha thanks Pam! Would love to connect. I’ve (@jaredcosulich) been following your work (and Ira’s) from afar for a while now. Really appreciate everything you’ve been doing. Very representative of what The Puzzle School is trying to embody.
We're looking forward to reading https://t.co/4FyPxVrFRZ … by @pammoran@csratliff @irasocol but in the meantime this podcast with @pammoran provides some great thinking about a healthy and effective educational ecosystem: https://t.co/7tfJJOoOJl
A bad work environment is as bad for your health as continuous second-hand smoke: https://t.co/vHpbOvUM2w One factor is lack of autonomy and control over your life. How are young people affected by having so little control over their lives?
@aagabor We appreciate the work you described on the Have You Heard podcast. Iterative, continuous improvement through feedback and ideas from those on the ground based in a safe, trusting environment is exactly what we are trying to create through the puzzle design metaphor.
A huge thank you to @Mass_IDEAS and supporters @BarrFdn@NellieMaeEdFdn for the School Model Design Studio. Massachusetts needs a strong center of gravity for this work. Looking forward to further collaboration and supporting great educational work statewide.
