Actually, Grok’s response made me laugh because even it figured out that it has to tell us all not to laugh and poke evil fun at Kathy Griffin. To me it implied Kathy Griffin could be the target of many cruel jokes so keep the humor kind humans so I Grok don’t get sued for egging on humor about the least funny and absolutely least attractive weirdly blue-skinned comic on the planet. lol.

I wish that you had had the opportunity to meet and talk with Dr. Carl Sagan. I believe he also saw the planet and the universe as beautiful. (I wish that I could have also met and talked with him). When I was younger and still thinking about science as a vocation, I read every single word that he wrote. Now, I go back and listen to some of his recorded lectures. I try to listen to the original Pale Blue Dot lecture at least once a quarter. Listening to him sum up his thoughts on the pale blue dot that we live on and how it’s insignificance when viewed from space should remind us to deal more kindly with each other (paraphrasing) is as powerful as any spiritual/moral discussion that I have ever heard.

I am also fascinated that he even mentioned care to not inflict unnecessary or harsh conditions on plants in some of his discussions and wish I could have asked him to expound on that line of thought.

We are all so insignificant in the grand scheme. But, every act of kindness and every item of beauty (such as your photographs of both space and pets) can be ever so significant to another soul’s well being. Keep capturing and sharing the beauty that you see. Your photos also remind me to deal more kindly with others and are such a refreshing pivot from politics, crypto and crime!
