The internet service is down since last night 10.30 PM and every few hours the resolution time keeps shifting. In the morning it said 11.20 AM. When I checked now, the time has been updated to 7.20 PM.

A down time of 20+ hours is unacceptable.

That will be a down time of 33 hours.
What is the compensation for the loss of service?
