@HantsLeadSC @WeCops Absolutely agree that you can't walk straight back in. I was out for about 8 years and had served a total of 12 years previously but I had so many hoops to jump through along with candidates fresh in with no experience. I gave up in the end and joined the RAF as a reserve.
