Married to the daughter of VC of BHU. He is Madhavan from Chennai, director of a Bangalore based company. He is allowed to work from home as he said his first priority is Maduranthakam Ramar temple kaikaryam.

His wife padmasana is pursuing a PhD in Sanskrit.
