@etihad if your website shows flights for May/June does this mean these are currently scheduled to fly - and if they get cancelled a refund will be issued? Looking at LHR-DPS and HKT-LHR

@qrsupport airline was delayed departing UK resulting in 18 hours late to original destination. Airline now claims “equipment and ATC” as delay giving no further evidence or info to assess under EC261. Repeated requests for info. Is this how you handle compensation claims?

@qatarairways Delays were due to “change in time zones” or “daylight savings” scheduling (within control of airline) according to airport staff. Now customer service trying to use extraordinary circumstances to not pay compensation.
