Despite the lies of the Letby trial, here is the truth about babies who die of sepsis:

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can contribute to unclotted blood accumulation in the peritoneum of preterm neonates through several mechanisms:

1. Trauma from CPR: The physical force applied during CPR, especially chest compressions, can cause trauma to internal organs, including the liver. Preterm neonates have more fragile tissues and organs, making them more susceptible to injury. Liver lacerations or ruptures can result from the compressive forces of CPR, leading to internal bleeding.

2. Immature Coagulation Systems: Preterm neonates have an immature coagulation system, which means they are less capable of forming clots effectively. This can result in prolonged bleeding from any injury sustained during CPR, leading to the accumulation of unclotted blood in the peritoneal cavity.

3. Sepsis-Induced Coagulopathy: If the neonate is also suffering from sepsis, the condition can exacerbate bleeding due to sepsis-induced coagulopathy. Sepsis can disrupt normal blood clotting mechanisms, leading to disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), where the blood's ability to clot is severely impaired. This can result in uncontrolled bleeding from any site of injury, including the liver.

4. Increased Vascular Permeability: Sepsis can increase vascular permeability due to the systemic inflammatory response, allowing blood to leak more easily into the peritoneal cavity. This can worsen the bleeding caused by CPR-related trauma.

5. Organ Dysfunction: Sepsis can cause multiple organ dysfunction, including liver dysfunction. A compromised liver is less able to produce clotting factors, further impairing the body's ability to control bleeding.

In truth and contrary to the "expert evidence" given against Letby, CPR can cause physical trauma to the liver in preterm neonates, leading to internal bleeding. The immature coagulation system of preterm neonates, combined with the coagulation abnormalities and increased vascular permeability associated with sepsis, can result in the accumulation of unclotted blood in the peritoneum.

5,122 deaths from measles in Ireland from 1922 to 1988, peaking at 519 deaths in 1926.

I tweeted this in 2020. Current measles vaccination levels are too low. Worth noting that previously healthy children can die or suffer serious long term consequences from measles. Please vaccinate your children. The vaccine is safe and highly effective in preventing infection.
