🚑 Dispatch protocols should take into account staff welfare/conditions within risk stratification & triage.

Finishing late regularly is not just "part of the job". Driving 200miles after hours is not safe for patient or reasonable for crew in non life threatening situations.

Ambulance crews shouldn't need to be "bare below the elbows". The scene they picked the patient up from had more pathogens than Porton Down, a watch strap is not going to harbour anything worse than their boots!
