i'm finally free from final exams and am going to lower my intake again 😛

got a free lunch today at work so i split it into two meals and made it a sort of omad? idk but im hoping it was under 1500 calories 😓

i've never felt bad after eating a bowl of soup 💕 so filling so yummy and many of them are low calorie and have great macros
