The cheapest cancer-prevention stack almost no one talks about

Cancer treatment is expensive, toxic, and often late. Prevention is the opposite — and a growing body of evidence says a few cheap, everyday moves can meaningfully lower risk.

Start with three things: sunlight (or vitamin D),
fatty fish or omega-3s, and consistent movement. In older adults, combining daily vitamin D, marine omega-3s, and a simple home strength program cut the chance of invasive cancer by about 60% over three years. Each piece helped a little. Together they helped a lot.

That’s the “sun, salmon, and steps” foundation. Dr. Paul Marik and colleagues then built on it. Using available research and AI analysis, they stacked additional well-studied nutraceuticals into tiered protocols they call ROOT:

✔️Green tea extract (EGCG) — hits cancer cells and the environment around them
✔️Curcumin — calms multiple inflammation and growth pathways
✔️Vitamin D — tied to lower risk and better outcomes across several cancers when levels aren’t deficient
✔️Omega-3s — anti-inflammatory and part of the original three-part combination

For many healthy people over 60, those four (ROOT 4) are the basic, low-cost layer. Higher-risk people — strong family history, genetic mutations like BRCA — can add more agents in later “routes.” The idea is simple: match intensity to risk instead of waiting for a diagnosis.

Prevention doesn’t have to be high-tech. It has to be consistent.

I'd try and make this "Ulcer" discourse very simple.

Ulcer is an English word which means wound, injury, break in continuity.

Now let's bring this to the body. Ulcer would mean a wound. Which means you can have Ulcer anywhere.
Ulcer in the eyes, Ulcer in the mouth, Ulcer in the penis, Ulcer in the vagina, Ulcer in the Armpit, Ulcer in the Buttocks, Ulcer on the Nose... Ulcer anywhere

Now let's come down again to the current convo.
Ulcer in our digestive tract. Let's focus on Stomach for now, since that's common and in light of discourse.

An average person once they have small chest pain, they assume ulcer.
If they eat beans or fried beans or pepper- they say ulcer, they lie down with a pain- ulcer

But these symptoms are all vague, there 1000 and 1 things that can present like this too.
A Cancer can, an infection can, a growth can too, some changes in the system can present like this....and ALL OF THEM ARE NOT ULCERS BUT JUST PRESENTING LIKE ULCERS .... but people assume pain------ulcer

From what I've explained you'd agree with me that if there is a wound in your stomach there is only one way to 100% confirm. Which is to see it. No one can see the wound inside the stomach and that's why the camera called ENDOSCOPY is done to go inside to see

I usually say... YOU CAN NEVER SAY YOU HAVE AN ULCER IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE AN ENDOSCOPY.
IT CAN BE SUSPECTED. IT NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED

Now imagine someone who has been having this pain for awhile, he has assumed it is an ulcer..imagine jt was a growth or cancer. He keeps taking drugs upon drugs and all while the cancer is growing .

One day he is so weak after vomiting blood..then later the hospital sees that so called Ulcer has been a Cancer all along. At this point , it is late.

So the take home, every pain is not ulcer, many things can present like an ulcer, from a cancer, growth, infections, and many more.
Don't self medicate, go to a hospital to get assessed and treated.

This is one thing I support, and it’s something I’ve been saying for a while. Pls let them bring in the Japanese, Chinese, Saudis, and other Arab investors to participate in real estate development so they can help transform the market and provide proper infrastructure.

You can’t tell me that they will build estates and, when it rains, those estates will be flooding.
Reclaiming land without proper civil engineering by Nigerian developers is simply unacceptable.

So, Nigerian developers, please sit this one out.
We’re tired of seeing substandard housing and poorly planned overpriced estates.
Let these international developers bring in their expertise.

I’ve said it many times: the government needs to demolish some of the defective estates from Ikate down to Sangotedo,not all of them, by the way. All those estates where, whenever it rains, people can’t even pass.

Kunsela, Agungi, Ologolo etc are you telling me that the Chinese, Japanese, Saudis and others will build estates with supporting infrastructure and allow them to end up like that?

We are devaluing prime land, and the earlier we learn, the better.

As the government opens up new areas, these developers should be brought in to deliver massive housing schemes with proper infrastructure so that housing costs and rents can eventually come down.

Of course, Nigerian developers that know what they are doing should also be carried along,people with proper, vetted companies, not scammers.

But for those doing substandard developments, please sit this one out.

When is the project even kicking off? That’s what I need to hear.
Start the project ASAP so that within one or two years, we can start seeing proper housing estates with proper infrastructure, drainage systems, engineering, land reclamation and the right environmental impact assessments (EIAs).

This is how you transform and strengthen the real estate market,not by allowing all manner of miscreants to destroy it.
