Most Anti-junta fighters & fundraisers rely on FB, but FB Myanmar policy managers suppress their posts (no rules break!). We also rarely see news unless we intentionally search and visit the pages.
Instead, we see more fake news & junta propaganda these days. Why is that @Meta?
The @NUGMyanmar and its allies do not ask #India to break relations with Naypyidaw. The distinction India should draw is between formal recognition and functional partnership. The actors able to deliver practical results on border security, counter-narcotics, and infrastructure protection increasingly sit within the resistance. #WhatsHappeningInMyanmar
No policy toward #Myanmar can hold over time if it is cut off from the aspirations of the Myanmar people. India has spent decades building goodwill among its neighbours. It should not spend that capital on a regime that the Myanmar people are determined to remove.

As airstrikes intensify in Rakhine, children face deep trauma, disrupted education and lasting psychological harm in a war increasingly fought from the sky.

Apparently, some #Americans are running their own #SharkTank show in Myanmar by advocating to Washington for "engaging" with the junta in return for rare earth which are mined in non-junta areas. Peak grift. @ForeignPolicy.

🇹🇭 is least favorable candidate for ASEAN Special Envoy. Their deep national interests directly conflict with the Myanmar people & ASEAN’s broader goals. Having contacts with the junta makes them compromised, not qualified.
Don't hand this to BKK. https://t.co/wtxm5PUVHB

I want to state clearly and openly: those who attempt to legitimize Myanmar’s military leaders and their associates by bringing them into ASEAN are deeply insulting the Burmese people who continue to fight courageously against these unjust and brutal practices.

It is shameful that 🇹🇭@SihasakPh still claims they need to work with 🇲🇲Myanmar junta to solve border issues like drugs & scams, knowing full well junta actively protect these criminal syndicates.
@prdthailand shows no principles by siding with criminals over the people. SHAME!
