In September, 2010, when Bishnu Shrestha was returning home after serving in the Indian Army, 40 armed bandits boarded the train he was on & started looting the passengers.

He allowed the bandits to rob him at gunpoint. However, the bandits soon began to mess with a girl in front of her parents, who were watching helplessly, he couldn't sit down any longer. Shrestha lost it.

He took out his knife and fought the entire group of bandits, killing 3 and injuring 8 others. The rest of the bandits fled after watching him in action.

#YuvaSangam Team Odisha got a chance to visit "The Buddha Park"(Ravangla, Sikkim) also known as Tathagata Tsal. The highlight of the park is 130ft. high statue of Buddha installed to mark the 2550th birth anniversary of Lord Gautam Buddha.
