This is 2nd tweet on my ticket cancellation by Oman Air without Consent & Approvals. Kochi airport staff could not help and directed me to Mumbai Helpdesk. They did not attempt to help me through internal process, and asked fresh booking. :(

My ticket has been cancelled without my consent and approvals. Now I am not in a position to travel on 1st March 2024 to join back Job & Family in Krakow. Need an answer to this and reactivate my ticket to travel on the same day.

I have very disappointing experience from Oman Air. My valid ticket is cancelled and refund without any consent or approval. Now for fresh booking it is double the amount. Not fair & help desk is of NO USE. Approached in website with e-form and visiting Kochi, India office soon.
