The season of gratitude continues, & we're thankful for all of our partners & allies in this work. Inspired by PYE’s Global Gathering in 2013 & by the work of PYE Cofounder Charlie Murphy, Artéria was founded in São Paulo, Brasil to spread the Creative Empowerment Model to all.

Today, it is led by Silvia Giovannoni and Bira Azevedo who have been using principles from the Model to innovate and create professional development trainings in the areas of psychological safety, mental health, arts rich teaching environments and more.

Before Hanif co-founded the Center for Equity and Inclusion in Portland, he co-developed the beloved Heart of Facilitation Training with PYE & served as the program’s lead facilitator for 14 years. We revel in the power of joy to heal, transform & build community.
