@RyanMarino Right on. My OPINION is that we love naloxone (with good reason) at the expense of good bagging. And I get it. No one wants to stand around and bag. But is some of the reversal agitation the brain “waking up” to a pCO2 >100?

@AlanaKinrich I think this is, unfortunately, much of the answer. Until one patient can sue an AI for missed or misdiagnosis, human (liable) doctors will never go away.
