Finished Will & Harper and... wow. At times hopeful and then heartbreaking. It could be because I'm already emotional due to life but... tears. So many tears.

I am officially a Nova Scotia cliché... I went apple picking in the Annapolis Valley in September...
In my defence, I live in the Annapolis Valley so it maybe isn't as cliché...?

When you're outside enjoying the warm evening and it's just getting dark but you have a weird feeling you're not alone... could it be a bear? A deer? Coyote?

Now that the tiny but territorial hummers have migrated, my regulars are hanging out in the yard again, patiently waiting for the feeders to go back up. Pretty sure this dude thinks if he looks pretty I'll put it up early... he's probably right. I'm a sucker for a pretty bird 🤷♀️
The rage and frustration I feel when I find that diamond in the rough of a house that literally checks all my boxes and I can *actually* afford without selling my soul... only for it to be sold within a day of listing... and turned into an AirBnB... no words. Just rage.

Local library was giving away white spruce saplings so... meet Betty White Spruce. I think we'll make each other very happy. She's no Bruce the Blue Spruce, but I think we'll have a long and healthy relationship
