People can examine the issue for themselves, yet many believe that deeply ingrained ideas make open discussion difficult.

The most common responses are often ridicule, insults, or emotional reactions.

It’s obvious that nobody can directly verify that we live on a spherical Earth and instead relies on images and mathematical models provided by those who work to keep that narrative alive.
