Making everything optional adds exponential testing overhead. When it’s time to update every combination has to be tested to ensure a fix/update in one area doesn't break another.

Birmingham is online. Following a request from the rights holder (Birmingham Airport Ltd), the airport got a refreshed look to ensure full compliance with all trademarks and removed all the allegedly infringing material. I guess it got too accurate.
