@aki_no_hikari_ Hey! I usually played Terminus in the previous list, because of the reason you explained. I switched to Supreme because of it interact better with Phlage, recasting it directly the next turn from the GY. I'm still testing a lot, so not 100% sure atm

UWR Wizards update: I’m still grinding and iterating. I’ve tested a ton of versions/cards and this is where I’ve landed for now. Phlage confirmed MVP in today’s meta. Added cheap counters to survive early pressure and they also matter a lot in post-board counterwars.

@Trunks132 Yeah, never played It, so I don't have much info about It.
I usually play 4 fow, 2 Pierce and 1 negation, but I'm trying a new setup for Better fighting Orcish and Bean. I'll keep you updated 💪

@Trunks132 Yeah, good call. This slot needs to be something good vs UW decks. I would try Snap, Wan Shi Tong over Teferi.

I think the right move is dropping the “safe” manabase and leaning into higher-upside options that actually pay off in an ultra-aggro meta. That’s where Phlage comes in—start testing it. It’s a diva (needs a ton of attention), but the reward ceiling is huge.

Since EW I’ve been trying to make UWR work again. After going 6–0 with CB at EW Side Event, I’m still on this path—even if the meta is hostile. Started from classic UWR Wizards and I’m reimagining the shell for today’s MTGO.
