Every successful harvest begins with the right guidance.
Behind every thriving field is a partnership built on knowledge, trust, and action. HoReCo Agronomists work alongside farmers to turn everyday challenges into opportunities through practical irrigation support, field-based advisory services, and climate-smart farming practices.
On our side, we believe that when farmers thrive, communities prosper and agriculture flourishes.
In his closing remarks, our CEO, @RBucyana, expressed his sincere appreciation to the farmers for their strong collaboration and excellent working relationship with HoReCo agronomists throughout the implementation of the #OMISProject. He emphasized that without this partnership and commitment from farmers, it would not have been possible for HoReCo to effectively deliver the responsibilities entrusted to it by @RwandaAgriBoard .
He encouraged them to continue embracing good agricultural practices, maintaining close collaboration with agronomists, and actively participating in project activities to enhance productivity, improve yields, and strengthen the sustainability of their farming enterprises. #OMISProject
When an agronomist becomes a true friend of farmers, knowledge is translated into action, leading to higher productivity, better yields, and more resilient farms.
Wishing all farmers and partners a productive week ahead. Together, let's grow more and achieve more.

This 20-are HoReCo avocado demonstration plot, owned by farmer KAYIRANGWA Beathée, showcases how Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) can enhance productivity, improve fruit quality, and strengthen orchard management. The site also serves as a practical training hub where farmers gain hands-on skills in post-harvest handling, helping to reduce losses, meet market standards, and increase their incomes.
We sincerely appreciate the support of @RwandAgriExport , whose partnership has been instrumental in the successful implementation of the Kwihaza Project. Through this collaboration, farmers are being empowered to improve avocado production, strengthen resilience, and access greater market opportunities within Rwanda’s growing horticulture sector.
