@LeBon_Voyage A4: include your staff and studenta to create the change. put it in place. monitor and adjust! a great ex of this - our AP implemented the exit procedures for after school created by our HS seniors. We have improved from a 50 minute dismissal to 20 min! #TPLA
@LeBon_Voyage A3: Make it meaningful and tie it to direct examples and experiences. Integrating values exercises is good, but making it less procedural could be valuable. Getting all stakeholders involved is necessary so you ensure everyone is on board to develop the whole child. #TPLA
@LeBon_Voyage A2: Leaders can develop a strong culture by giving voice to teachers in creating aligned expectations. It is important to consider how to build up the culture, but also assessing how to prevent the culture from being broken down is equally as important. #TPLA
