What people don’t get is that this is more than about just physical media, it’s also about Sony having full control and no competition over pricing.

PC might be mostly digital but there’s an abundance of options(Steam, GOG etc.) Do we really want to pay $80 for decade old games?

@BRaCkMan1523 @juresmccann Yeah, but if the publisher removes the game on Steam, Steam keeps the last version available for you to have in your library. GOG lets you fully own the games for instance.
