@MillerWien Die Frage ist mir unklar- die Handysignatur wird über A-Trust mittels Signaturpasswort, Vergleichswert und TAN abgewickelt. Auf dem Signaturstempel ist der Name d. Signaturinhabers ausgewiesen. Im Stempel sind Datum und Uhrzeit ersichtlich, gem. eIDAS-VO. Somit überprüfbar.
