It’s interesting to see the tactics that leftists have been using in several of these protests. Protestors deliberately but themselves and their comrades in harms way to be injured so that they can use those injuries to drum up sympathy for their cause and rage against the state. It reminds me of how Hamas uses their own people as shields to maximize outrage when their better armed foes strike military targets near those civilians.

More and more these progressive groups have taken their notes on how affect public perception from the Al Qaeda’s of the world.

Why even carry a firearm if you’re going to use it this way?

If he was drawing it in self-defense he’s probably dead as his firearm has no round in the chamber and either has a safety preventing it from firing or cannot function with the amount of water it was submerged in.

If he’s drawing it to scare someone with no direct threat to his life then it’s making a deadly threat at best and attempted murder at worst. So he’s going to jail for a long time over…?

Seriously if you’re going open carry then control yourself. This dudes life changed immediately over his temper.

It’s usually the biker. Easy way to think about it, ‘if I did that in my car would I be at fault?’ Yes. UPS driver clearly has the indicator light on that they are turning left. Motorcyclist decides to illegally pass them over two yellow lines going well past the speed limit.

Drivers prevent accidents by behaving in predictable ways that other motorists understand. When you decide to do something both unpredictable AND at a dangerous speed you will cause an accident. Motorcyclists being more vulnerable does not make them right.

That’s nonsense. I now have to assume the level of intent someone who has already physically assaulted me plans to conduct and then not act until I’m sure they are going to do it so that I’m not charged with a crime?
