@varrgous Work on the macOS version has helped us hone in on what the iPadOS and iOS versions need to be. As we get closer to sharing a beta of the macOS version, we'll follow with a refresh on iPad and iPhone.

We’re submitting a fix, but in the meantime you can switch off predictive text in System Settings > Keyboard > Text Input : Input Sources [Edit…] > Show inline predictive text.
