I had been told to send in the watch band and recharger, which is why I can't understand why I was only sent the watch puck by itself.

I RMA'd an LTE Pixel Watch, and despite being told that I'd get a new replacement, I got a used replacement, but it only contained the watch puck. Now I have to wait for a band and recharger to be shipped. This experience has left me frustrated.

This morning, I was able to get an eSIM for my Pixel Watch on the Simply Unlimited plan, but it doesn't let me use it, as the watch says that I'm out of service range. How can I verify if this is a Fi issue, or a Pixel Watch issue?
