35 species incl: 4 Shoveler, 17 Gadwall, 6 Wigeon, 9 Little Grebe, Chiffchaff, Goldcrest & 25+ House Sparrow
Join us and @WardEndGFTC on Friday to explore the birdlife of this wonderful stretch of The Cole Valley at Cotterills Lane Recreation Ground and also walk, talk and care for this fabulous open space which is part of the @BOSFonline network

A tribute to the volunteers who help look after Birmingham’s open spaces, in memory of a great man and also a feathered celebration of the iconic No. 11 bus route!

After a night of farming celebrations and presentations at Hunnington Parish Council (more on that later) it was great to follow it up with a memorable morning @BibbeysWildFarm
Highlights: 1st 2 Snipe, 2 Whinchat , Stonechat and a significant late show of butterflies 😎
What an incredible day! 🐦💚 @Chris4Patches (@Team4Nature) just spotted the 58th bird species on his epic journey across the city - a family of Mistle Thrush! This happened while we caught up with the amazing Friends of Selly Oak Park volunteers.
