QBFocus develops aspiring Quarterbacks mentally and physically with highly skilled instructors who have vast knowledge of what it takes to be a successful QB
Finishing up today’s session with lesson some conditioning @EPS_Strength. Some great off field lessons after some great on field work @melitefootball@Hasselbeck@smute1214. Great work today gentlemen
Mark Hartsell had the thrill of working as Julian Edelman’s personal QB in September. Here’s what he said about the experience: https://t.co/GFE0hHZ2o3
This is great perspective and teaches a valuable lesson. Deal with adversity and continue to work because feeling sorry for yourself or quitting doesn’t make you better in football or in life. https://t.co/D2eRpqa1OP
@BrentDearmon@NicholasRestifo They call it "opposite equal"
And I agree after driving forward to your target You need to keep your front arm firm at your finish.
@BrentDearmon@NicholasRestifo Thats good. I do know they all work on getting almost that mirror image of the inside elbow angle on each arm so they can drive forward.
@BrentDearmon@NicholasRestifo Be careful of that drill allowing their front arm to be tucked to close to their body which forces the QB to spin to much.
