I can’t let it go, we are meant to be flying next Sunday, flights cost £2100 and if we cancel ourselves now will get £600 back but if we leave it until 48hrs before will lose the lot. Not sure what to do for the best unless they change tact

@TOR1205 @etihad @BBC_Travel We thought we might struggle getting hotel bookings back when this all started but always said bound to get flight money back if we can’t travel. Hotels sorted refunds good as gold, can’t believe Etihad are the problem!
